The President leads the Binghamton’s Women in Business with a commitment to developing the organization’s strategic vision. The Vice Presidents report to the President and manage a their branch’s committees. The Executive Board ensures that the organization continues grow in alignment with the organizations vision and mission.
The finance branch of BWiB is responsible for raising and managing capital for the organization.
The marketing branch is the face of BWiB and focuses on developing marketing campaigns for all of the organizations events.
Membership Branch executes the administrative needs, membership engagement, and feedback processes. This branch plans events with the purpose of promoting social fellowship and camaraderie for the BWiB members.
The outreach branch is responsible for creating and nurturing relationships between BWiB and various offices, organizations, and community service organizations on and off campus.
Public Relations Branch
The public relations branch aims to develop BWiB members professionally in a number of ways. The branch is responsible for organizing guest speaker and panel events, recruitment events, professional development workshops and for performing resume critiques and mock interviews.
